At Imperial Bodywork & Massage, we are committed to creating an atmosphere of respect, discretion, and excellence. In return, we kindly ask that all clients observe the following etiquette to help us maintain the highest standard of service:

1. Respect & Conduct

We promise to treat you with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy—and we ask the same in return.

• Please refrain from using foul, aggressive, or demeaning language.

• All clients are expected to behave like true gentlemen and ladies; our associates will always conduct themselves with the same grace and respect.

• Any disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

2. Punctuality & Gift Protocol

• Your session begins at the scheduled appointment time, not upon arrival. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your time.

• Upon arrival, please place your donations in plain view so it may be acknowledged discreetly and respectfully.

• We understand unforeseen delays happen (e.g., traffic), but we kindly ask that you value your model’s time and availability.

3. Extensions

• All time extensions must be mutually agreed upon.

• If the model consents, please take care of any accommodations or arrangements in advance to ensure the additional time is relaxed and enjoyable.

• Last-minute changes may not be possible due to other scheduled appointments.

4. Discretion

• We uphold the utmost discretion, and we expect clients to do the same—

• Your information is treated with absolute confidentiality.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We understand life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Repeated cancellations or no-call/no-shows may result in loss of future access to our services.

• IMPORTANT READ:  We will deny services to any drunk or intoxicated individuals.  In addition, no illegal substances will be allowed at the service location at any time.  If our service provider perceives a client is intoxication, they will refuse service(s).  This is to protect the service provider and client in the case of any unforeseen incidents before, during, or after a session.  Failure to follow this rule may result in loss of future access to our services.

• A cancellation/rescheduling fee may be applied at our discretion.
